Thunderbird; how do I get rid of the "welcome to Support Forum. Search. but it does.. I see the "Welcome to Thunderbird" when email opens, and I would like to see it gone. I have made a donation to Mozilla, and was kind of hoping this would have fixed it but it hasn't. how can you delete/disable (for good!) the 'spam' sub-folder. Remove Welcome Message, Go Directly to inbox? How do I? I want the "Welcome to Thunderbird" message in the view message plane to go away when I start Thunderbird and display the last viewed message from inbox? Since that notice popped up, it takes up the bottom half of the screen, and I can't find a way to delete it. Sometimes when I open Thunderbird, the Welcome message isn't there, but one of my regular emails takes up the bottom half of the screen instead.
